Once my order is placed, how long will it be before I receive my hair?		Can virgin hair be permed, straightened, curled, or anything dealing with high heat?
We process, package, and ship your premium hair out within 24 hours. You can decide standard (3+ days) or expedited (1-3 days) shipping on the check-out page. Please note that we try to keep a minimum reserve for all of our products, but very rarely a rush of orders comes before we can manufacture new products and update our website’s availability. We will issue your tracking number once your hair has been shipped.		Yes, slay away with the curling iron. Unlike synthetic hair which cannot survive heat, or remy hair which can degrade quickly, virgin hair is never-processed human hair - it can handle most any normal salon processes. However, do condition your hair and don't heat it too frequently; any natural hair will get dry and tangled if abused.

Can I go swimming with my hair?

What type of hair care products should I use?

That’s the beauty of virgin hair! You may go into swimming pools and hot tubs and come out with natural, slick hair. We recommend wearing your hair down and to wash it afterwards to remove residual chemicals. Avoid salt water as salt de-moisturizes your hair and can lead to tangling. Braiding your hair and swimming in salt water is strongly advised against.

We don’t recommend any specific products, just remember:

Use good quality shampoo and conditioners.
Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave-in conditioners.
You can use gel or hairspray to keep your curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

How often can I wash my hair?		Do I have to do anything special at night?
Twice a week or more is better. Remember to wash all the way to the scalp, including your natural hair, building up a good lather.		Definitely do NOT sleep with wet hair. Doing so will matte the hair, making it difficult to style the next time. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. Rolling your hair in rods at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you must use daily.

We recommend selecting a hair extension color that matches your natural hair color as closely as possible. If you're unsure, you can always send us a photo of your hair, and we'll help you choose the right shade.		Yes, you can dye or bleach your human hair extensions just like you would your own hair. However, we recommend consulting a professional stylist for best results and to avoid damaging the hair.
