Can I use hot styling tools on my hair?

Yes! You can curl, straighten, and blowout your hair extensions just like your own natural hair. However, always apply a high-quality heat protectant spray prior to thermal styling to avoid excessive dryness over time.

Can I dye, bleach, or lift my hair extensions?

Yes, since our extensions are 100% genuine human hair, they can be colored, bleached, or toned. We strongly recommend having chemical work done by a licensed hair professional to keep the cuticles intact and prevent damage.

Daily Care & Maintenance

What products should I use for care?

Use sulfate-free shampoos and hydrating, moisture-rich conditioners. Leave-in conditioners and light natural oils (like argan oil) are great for daily softness. Avoid heavy alcohol-based products, and wash out styling gels or hairsprays promptly.

How often should I wash my hair extensions?

Washing 1 to 2 times a week is ideal. Be sure to gently massage the lather through to your scalp, thoroughly rinse out all product residue, and follow up with a moisturizing conditioner.

Can I go swimming with my hair extensions?

Yes! However, chlorine and saltwater strip moisture out of hair. We advise braiding your hair or putting it up in a high bun before swimming, and thoroughly washing and conditioning the hair immediately afterward.

What should I do before going to sleep?

Never sleep with wet hair—this will cause severe tangling and matting. Always make sure your hair is completely dry before bed. We recommend wrapping your hair in a silk bonnet, satin scarf, or using flexi-rods to hold your style overnight.
